Dr. Emmanouil Apostolidis has a PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry and MSc in Food Microbiology. His major area of research is the evaluation and bioprocessing of natural products for the development of branded ingredients for disease prevention. Over the years he has published over 50 manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals and has over 50 presentations in international conferences.
He is the co-founder of Nutramins while he serves as R&D Advisor for the company. He is Associate Professor at Framingham State University (Department of Chemistry and Food Science). He serves at the boards Kunpoong Bio Co. Ltd (Seoul, Korea) a company that produces branded ingredients for the management of metabolic syndrome and Little Rhody Green (Warren, RI, USA) a company that produces environment friendly technologies for waste remediation.
